Upon assembling this product as soon as I took the boxes out of the box (2 boxes purchased, 4 in each box) the buttons started to fall off. I also paid [$], now they are [$]. Only one button stayed on each box and I only had one box SO FAR that still has the two buttons on. Time will tell when I have to use it if they will still be there. The buttons were smashed and would not hold in the cardboard. Very poor quality.

I have purchased similar boxes in the past with much success however this batch was a huge dissapointment. Right out of the box while putting them together (which is very easy) the metal rings were falling off to tie the ropes to to seal the boxes. We had to seal them with packing tape. I only purchased a 4 pack and will not be getting them again.

It's your basic file storage box. I like that the top is fold-in, so you don't have to worry about losing the box lid, or it getting deformed, which is so easy to do after a few years, and having things stack, and shift. That doesn't happen with these, though the whole box can get a bit deformed, but it is made of cardboard, after all. Still, it does the job, and doesn't have to last forever.

Two of the eight buttons popped off during the first closing of the boxes. The boxes have no end flaps to close, just the two side flaps so they do not seem as secure as the Liberty brand bankers box which costs only $.50 more for a 4-pack.
