Not very reliable

I found the tabs unreliable: when I inserted them into the pedafolders, they cracked in the middle. I probably lost 20% of the package. They were not strong enough and definitely inferior.

              How are the plastic tabs secured to the folders? The product does not self adhere nor does there seem to be a way to attach unless tape is used.

                The little "ears" on the tabs get inserted into the slots of the hanging file folder at the top of the folder.
