I wanted to send a few recent photos of our family to my mom. I like to print them out from my computer, several arranged on a page with comments. I was about buy a 1/2 inch three ring binder and plastic sheet protectors, (it seemed like a bit much and was kind of heavy to send off first class), then I saw this presentation binder. It was convenient and easy. Just the thing. Glad Staples had them and glad I found them.

Broke the clear plastic on the spine trying to get the staples paper out of it. Also was difficult to put more than 1 sheet of paper in the front. I was using this product to make a portfolio for an art teaching job and got my 3 pg. resume in the front cover but had to work at it and be very careful not to tear it. The inside pages were great and easy to use

      I am an artist. For every exhibition, festival, and/or art show has it's own criteria. I need to keep track of all coorespondence as well as contracts, lists, what sells, dates, etc. This portfolio is perfect for these purposes. I don't even reuse them. I keep them intact for each show. All info pertinent to that show is in one place. All contact info, all observations. What pieces were in the show etc. The design of the portfolio lends itself to lables on both the spine and on the cover. Works well for me.

        I will use this for protecting my impoortant documents. I carry lyrics to my music with me and need something to organize and protect the corners.
        I would probaby buy more as needed as I learn more songs. This is flat and easy to store on my shelves.
        I plan to get some for my husband as he is clergy and also needs to organize and be able to file his documents where they could easily be found.
        I only found these folders in Staples so I'm hoping they continue to keep them stocked where they can be easily found when needed
