Top draw already changed the shape whet arrived my home. When you load files you can feel the softness of this product. The best way to use it is load half draw only.

For the price, this is a good quality file cabinet. Drawers open and close smoothly. I put this in my closet and the putty color blends well with the white organizers in my closet. I'll probably order another once I get my Staples rewards from this purchase.

It was made much better than I thought, all the draws locked when closed, didn't need the old metal racks to hold the hanging folder. And the price was great.
