Terrible!!! If you are on a tight time schedule and need a product to come through in the clutch...Get off of this page right now. They advertise as an 11 sheet puncher. I wouldn't aggravate yourself with any more than 5 sheets. And to get an 11 stack in there more than likely your going to mess up some documents in the process. I just gave up on anything over 8 sheets. The sheets get caught under the metal hole punch brackets and not to mention the allocated slot for paper is...hm...11" not one CM more (Quite a fight to get an 11" paper into an exact 11" slot). Save yourself a headache and buy something a little more expensive. This thing belongs in the garbage which is exactly where its heading after I finish this review and order another one.

I use this to make workbooks for employees, they aren't big and I only need to make a few a month so, this works well for me. This seems to be able to handle larger volume as well as the smaller.

Using other 3 hole punches, I had a problem lining the paper for exact hole placement. This punch has the guides making it easy.

If you do any amount of hole punching daily, don't get this one. I always tend to purchase the more inexpensive items, and i regret this one. My papers get stuck on the metal peices because they are not filed down. Barely handles 11pgs and really I almost rather walk across the office seven to twenty times a day to use our heavy duty one for just a few pages.
