    We use these binders for our monthly minutes. There are many additional attachments that we must also insert each month. I am searching for a hole punch that will fit the rectangular holes of this binder. Any assistance will be appreciated.

    Is this minute book designed for the pages to be copied on a printer? A lady recently purchased a new minute book, but the pages are larger than 8 1/2 x 11 and it is a problem to get the minutes printed on the pages. A minister told me there are special books that are for using a printer to print the pages. The others should be typed.

      It may depend somewhat on the type of copier, but this 8 1/2" x 11" book could be used with a copier, as a single page at a time, not both pages- left and right- at the same time. Also these pages are inserted into the Minute Book, so the 8 1/2" x 11" sheets can be removed, copied and reinserted.
