    Can this product be hung without screws? Does it come with mounting tape?

      No the Staples Cork Message Bar does not come with mounting tape or screws. It would need screws as it would be too heavy for mounting tape.       The item 342959 may be attached directly to wall with screws. The screws required will vary by the type of material your wall is constructed of.
