The two-volume set includes a planner that covers a range from January to June and one that covers a range from July to December.

- One day per two-page spread shows eight vertical columns, one for each person; covers a quarter-hourly appointment time from 8:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. and half-hour slots from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Comes in a classic black design
