The Kemp spine support immobilizer is a heavy-duty scoop stretcher made of durable plastic, used specifically for moving injured people. It is most commonly used to lift victims who may have a potential spinal cord injury from the ground, or in order to reduce the chance of undesirable movement of injured areas during the transfer of a patient. The stretcher's structure separates into two vertical parts that go on either side of the victim. The two parts can then be brought together underneath the patient and then secured using the clips at the top and bottom of the device. Includes patient restraints. Weight capacity is 350 lbs.
