We have media labels in all kinds of sizes, colors, and shapes. That’s because we stock media labels from many brands, each focused on different types of media. Whether you need a larger label to put on a box of pictures, a circular label for CDs, or diskette labels for your archive, there’s something here that will work. Just because media is changing every day and becoming more digital doesn’t mean people and offices don’t still need physical media labels.
Self-stick labels for flat surfaces.
If you’re planning on storing pictures, disks, CDs, or any other media in boxes, drawers, or cabinets—or putting them on shelves—choose rectangular, self-stick labels. They work well on smooth surfaces, and you can either write directly on the labels with pens and markers or use label sheets in laser and inkjet printers. If you’re going to use the media labels in printers, make sure they’re compatible with your printer type. Then you can use the simple setup instructions to create Word files that will work with the label sheets.
You might need specialty media labels.
Need to put media labels directly only CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disks? We carry matte labels that are designed especially for round media. CD/DVD media labels go right into your laser or inkjet printer and help you create custom, eye-catching designs. If you just need to mark what’s on the media, you can still use CD/DVD media labels. Open up a clean, white template on your computer and use type instead of graphics. You can download Avery Design and Print templates to find just the right look.
Labels for legacy media.
While most computers no longer use them, you might want to archive important files on 3.5” diskettes. With media labels, just print the contents and stick them on!
