The Bx -500 is capable of calibrating non-contact infrared thermometers up to 932 degree f (500 degree C).
- Simply set the desired temperature in increments of 0.1, wait for the calibrator to attain equilibrium, point the infrared thermometer at the target and compare measurements
- For calibrating non-contact temperature instruments (infrared thermometers, pyrometers and thermal imagers)
- Wide aperture compensates for optical infrared thermometer variations
- Contact RTD reference well located directly behind the blackbody target to assure accurate results
- Wide field of view to compensate for optical variations in individual infrared thermometers
- 4.5"H x 9.25"W x 7"D

- Simply set the desired temperature in increments of 0.1degree , wait for the calibrator to attain equilibrium, point the infrared thermometer at the target and measure radiated energy
