They look great as is but can also be embellished it with brads, tags, ribbons, paints, iron-ons, and other crafty items to create a fully customized band. Each one consists of a removable fabric sleeve of 8-inch that is wrapped around a piece of elastic, and stays on via a hook-and-loop closure. The entire band measures 11.5 x 2 inches (when folded flat) and will fit most medium and large scrapbooks, journals, and binders. This package is made in USA, and contains one ScrapBand.
