StarTech.com® Hot swap mobile rack backplane offers optimum drive performance with support for full SATA III/SAS II data transfer speeds up to 6 Gb/s. Enables to maintain ideal drive operating temperatures by maximizing heat dissipation. Built-in fan provides drive cooling and offers excellent heat dissipation with a vented aluminum enclosure to prevent drive failure. Features ejection levers and a key-lock design for a quick and secure installation.

- Compatible with SAS and SATA and has 5 1/4" wide drive bay for easy replacement
- Sleeve fan bearing type and 1 mm - 70 mm fans provide drive cooling
- Supports maximum data transfer rate of up to 6 Gbit/s
- Delivers peak drive performance with support for full SATA III/SAS II data transfer speeds up to 6 Gb/s
- Maintains ideal drive operating temperature by optimizing heat dissipation and discharging built-up heat
- Add a hot-swap bay to a server or workstation computer that you can use as a removable backup solution
- Onsite data backup secures alternative to cloud storage
- Operates at 0 - 55 deg C temperature and 5 - 85 percent RH humidity
