Accuform Signs® "CAUTION.." Cardstock tag measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" has 3/8" dia hole for strap and provides a way to attach a customized warning to improve safety, sold as 25 per pack.
Accuform Signs® "CAUTION.." Cardstock blank tag is used during maintenance which help prevents machine operation/power activation. Tag has two blanked line area at the bottom that is labeled as signed by and date, sold as 25 per pack.
