Accuform Signs® "LADD.." 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" PF-Cardstock inspection & status tag in red on white color features a 3/8" hole reinforced with metal grommet and helps in alerting staffs to cautions, sold as 25 per pack.
Accuform Signs® "LADD.." PF-Cardstock inspection & status tag is made of 15 mil rigid material and is easy to write on with pen or marker. Tag has four columns with headers that read "Date", "By", "Date" and "By", sold as 25 per pack.
