Accuform Signs® "WAR.." 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" Plastic tag has dia hole of 3/8" for easy installation and with blank front/back provides a way to attach a customized caution to improve safety, sold as 25 per pack.
Accuform Signs® "WAR.." Plastic tag in black/blue on white is used during maintenance preventing machine operation/power activation. Tag has two blanked line area at bottom that is labeled as signed by and date, sold as 25 per pack.

- High-strength plastic tags are water resistant to withstand weather conditions
- Rigid plastic is flexible, yet will not readily break down over a wide temperature range
- Good for indoors and outdoors use, writable surface is abrasion resistant
- 15-mil rigid plastic material, flexible, yet durable - withstands stretching and ripping, top has 3/8" hole reinforced with metal grommet to prevent pull off
- Both sides of tag have a blank area for customization, with two blank lined areas at the bottom labeled "Signed By" and "Date"
- Mar-resistant, matte surface is easy to write on with pen or marker
- Complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements
