Accuform Signs® "TO FIRE.." RP-Plastic fire inspection tag has record printed at the back with a blank grid provided for writing data. 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" Tag features 10 mil rigid surface and is water resistant for durability, sold as 25 per pack.
