Accuform Signs® 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" RP-Plastic "CAUTION UNSAFE.." Safety tag has 3/8" hole on top, reinforced with metal grommet to prevent from pull off. Tag is water resistant and flexible to withstand any stretching/ripping, sold as 25 per pack.
