Accuform Signs® "SCAFFOLD.." 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" RP-Plastic safety tag has mar-resistant, matte surface which is resistant to tear, weather and chemical substances. Tag is made of 15 mil thick rigid plastic for added durability, sold as 25 per pack.
