Accuform Signs® "OK THIS.." RP-Plastic scaffold status tag measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" is flexible and durable to withstand stretching and ripping. Tag has abrasion resistant writable surface and is ideal for indoor or outdoor use.

- 15-mil thick rigid plastic, relatively bendable
