Accuform Signs® STOPOUT® Lockout for 1.5" - 2" ball valves is positioned so that the tag is always visible on the top and lets device to be secure with a padlock.
Accuform Signs® STOPOUT® Lockout for 1.5" - 2" ball valves is made of plastic that resists solvents, cracking, abrasion and extreme temperatures. Lockout has 2 wingspan halves that are hinge to quickly secure any closed ball valve handle.

- To fit 1.5" - 2" ball valve
- Unique and easy to use lockout has two wingspan halves that hinge to quickly and simply secure over any closed ball valve handle
- Device is secured with a padlock (sold separately) that is positioned so that the tag is always on top and visible
- Bright red, plastic device works with ball valve handles either perpendicular or parallel to the pipe
- Durable plastic resists solvents, cracking, abrasion and extreme temperatures
- Stop valves from being turned by applying this unique gull wing design ball valve lockout
- For use with ball valve, designed for locking out quarter turn ball valves with flat "dog-leg" handles
- Temperature range: 0 - 250 deg F
- Warranty: 30 days limited
