Accuform Signs® STOPOUT® Red double pole circuit breaker lockout fits 120/240 V breaker switches and combines with padlock to keep circuit breakers in off position during maintenance.
Accuform Signs® STOPOUT® Red double pole circuit breaker lockout with unique design supports fastest lockout application time with easy removal. Lockout with bar clamp design simply slide onto breaker switch and lock securely by closing the handle.

- For single pole 120/240 circuit breaker
- Unit uses metal jaws for optimum secure grip
- Circuit breaker lockout is a visible safety red to call attention to the locked out switch
- Fast secure application, quick release tab
- Easily apply with just one hand if needed
- Octagon peg allows specially designed tab tags (sold separately) to be secured directly to the device
- Features a bar clamp design, allowing the lockout to simply slide onto a breaker switch and lock securely into place by closing the handle down
- Unique design allows for fastest lockout application time and quick and easy removal as well
- Device does not rely on a traditional screw mechanism to secure
- Lift open the handle, slide onto the breaker bar, close the hand down and secure with a padlock (sold separately)
