About this product
Accuform Signs® STOPOUT® Universal blockout wall switch lockout combines with padlock to protect against switch operation during repair and works on rocker/toggle or flat paddle switches.
Accuform Signs® STOPOUT® Universal blockout wall switch lockout helps to reduce errors by installing the direction of the required on/off positions. Lockout encloses the entire switch in the desired position by using the existing switch plate screws.
- Fold down the door which is supported by a living hinge to block access to the screws and lock out access, thus preventing removal of the device
- Warranty: 30 days limited
- Size: 4 1/2"(H) x 1 5/8"(W) x 7/8"(L)
- Dual use lockout device works on both rocker/toggle and flat paddle switches
- Prevent accidental switch of the circuit
- Uniquely designed to remove the opportunity for error by only allowing the device to be applied in the direction of the desired lock out position - on or off
- Universal Blockout Wall Switch Lockout
- Using the existing switch plate screws to attach, the lockout device fully encloses the entire switch in the desired position
- Bright red plastic lockout calls attention to the lockout situation
