About this product
The Adesso® Aries Floor Lamp provides efficient ambient lighting for an entire room in a slim design. Simplicity shines in this look with a matte black finish and a tapered frosted plastic shade. An Adesso patented 300W Double Socket construction allows for two crisscrossed sockets, each holding on/off 150W incandescent or LED bulbs which provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the pole to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. The three-way switch adjusts the light from low setting, high setting to off position.

- Use incandescent bulbs up to 150W or dimmable led bulbs (DO NOT USE: 3-way bulbs or CFL’s). We recommend using incandescent bulbs for best results achieving both settings of 50% brightness and 100% brightness with no flicker. When using LED bulbs, it is common to see some flicker on the low setting (high setting will always have no flicker). A dimmable LED will minimize the low setting flicker but may still occur.
