- BioBlock treatment inhibits growth of mold and mildew on the tile surface
- Fire resistance: Fire Guard
- HumiGuard Plus offers sag and humidity resistance; recommended for areas subject to high humidity up to (but not including) standing water and outdoor applications
- Made of wet-formed mineral fiber in a factory-applied white latex paint finish
- Provides a perfect combination of sound absorption and sound blocking
