You get 10 inches of wrap height in back tapering to 6 inches in front. To stop belt rollup we've equipped it with 4 Support stays. Those with severe back injuries can add additional tension with the unique dual tension system which provides the needed support to the injured back. For proper fit, measure waist size SM 33”-36” MD 36”-39” LG 39”-42” XL 42”-45” 2X 45”-48”.
