About this product
Use the Brentwood 3-Ply Hybrid Non-Stick Stainless Steel Induction-Ready Dutch Oven with Tempered Glass Lid to sear, deep fry, boil, sauté, braise, slow cook, and bake. It's metal-utensil safe thanks to the laser-etched network of ridges raised above the non-stick surface across the pan. The Dutch oven uses 3-ply construction including an aluminum core sandwiched by stainless steel for durability and fast, even heating. The induction-ready base is compatible with any stovetop including gas, electric, induction, and infrared. Easily maneuver with the riveted, stay-cool stainless steel handles. It's easy to clean, and is dishwasher and oven safe up to 570°F.
