Buzzy Mini Healthcare Needle Pain Vibrating Cold Packs work on contact to reduce pain and fear or anxiety for needle procedures, including injections, IV starts, infusion, finger sticks, and heel sticks.
Patented M-Stim mechanical stimulation and ice technology combine to deliver needle pain relief where it's needed, blocking pain on contact. Physician-invented and proven to relieve pain and fear from needle procedures. Research shows that Buzzy allows for faster procedures with less patient distress compared to creams or sprays. It features a friendly bee design and is contoured with a compact shape that can be held in place with included comfort strap or a standard tourniquet. It is small enough to fit easily in the hand and use for infant heel sticks, yet powerful enough for adult injections. Reusable and intended for healthcare and multi-patient use, the vibration unit and included components are healthcare grade and can be disinfected in between uses. Buzzy Mini provides optimal pain relief when combined with the included ice wings (when frozen), best for taking the sting out of intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (Sub-Q) injections, any injections using viscous medications or biologics.
