The Cambro 40CWC135is a full size, clear pan cover designed to cover full size food pans. The 10WC135 is built to withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Use this fourth size flat food pan cover made of clear, virtually unbreakable Camwear polycarbonate to keep the contents of your pans secure and prevent cross-contamination.
