The rings have a capacity of 200 sheets, and extra documents can be stored in an interior pocket on the front and back covers.

They will stand up to repeated use, and they won't adhere to printed pages, minimizing ink smears and keeping top pages intact. Clear pocket inserts on the covers hold custom-designed title pages or graphic-design images, and a spine pocket accepts an identifying label.
