- SIMPLE-STEP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS — Peel off one quadrant of the back liner. Align the non-stick center over the sensor, pressing the exposed adhesive to the skin. Peel off the remaining liner sections and smooth over skin. Rub the patch for 30 seconds to help ensure skin adhesion.
