It cleans heavy cooking grease/oil (polymerized animal grease) on various kitchen/foodservice surfaces such as range hoods, fryers, ovens, stainless steel appliances, walls and other greasy hard surfaces. This product can also be used for fryer boil-out. In addition, it cleans greasy soils on exterior surfaces such as drive thru pads and concrete sidewalks.
