Manage Order Status Notifications
You can choose to get updates by email, text, or both.
How to Change Your Settings
1. Select Account Overview from the Personalized Account icon in the top-right navigation.
2. From the Profile tile, select View all.
3. Under Settings, select Order notifications.
4. A panel will open on the right. Here you can:
- Email updates: Turn on email updates for:
- When your order ships
- When it’s out for delivery
- When it’s delivered
- When it’s ready for store pickup
- Text updates:
- Enter your cell phone number in the box.
- Click Subscribe.
- Choose the same updates as email (shipped, out for delivery, delivered, ready for pickup).
5. Click Save.
