About this product
Using your R40 Receipt Edition scanner is quick and easy. Simply scan in your receipts and they can be uploaded directly to Intuit QuickBooks Online. It can extract all the data you need from your receipts.
This scanner comes with free scanning software, Canon CaptureOnTouch (Win & Mac), to make scanning simple & easy, and to preview/edit images. Also included are free licenses to Readiris PDF & OCR software, and Cardiris business card software (Win). Scanning is easy with the R40 Receipt Edition scanner. The included Setup Guide outlines the steps you need to begin digitizing your documents in just minutes. You can directly connect it to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The R40 Receipt Edition scanner can handle many types of documents and other media, including invoices, receipts, photos, business cards, reports, contracts, long documents, thick or thin documents, and more; individually or in batches.
