Each time card features blue print on a white background, providing employees with instructions on usage. Monday through Sunday, each day has a block of lines for punching in and out. Included in these lines are clock in and clock out indicators, ensuring accurate alignment when using the time clock. In addition to the easy-to-follow guides, each card features a payroll deduction area for additional verification of gross and net pay amounts.

Employee Signature Line
Ensure the accuracy of each employee's work time with an employee signature verification. Each Lathem time card includes an employee signature line at the bottom. This signature serves as proof that the employee agrees with the time shown on the card, which helps prevent future disagreements on hours and associated pay.

Universal Usage
These versatile single-sided Lathem E100 time cards are designed especially for use with the Lathem 900E time recorder. The cards also work with Lathem models 1500E and 5000E. In addition to the Lathem time clocks, the cards are appropriate for use with nearly all side-recording clocks from Lathem, Acroprint, Amano and other manufacturers.
