Lathem TruAlign single-sided weekly time cards make it easy to keep track of your employees' hours.
Lathem TruAlign single-sided weekly time cards clearly mark clock ins and clock outs over the span of a seven-day period. Standard sizes work with Lathem 1600E time clocks and allow you to file the time sheets neatly within your office to increase organization. One-sided printing cuts down on confusion and simplifies recordkeeping for pay periods. Black text clearly shows up in one of 18 formats so you can see precisely when an employee was on the clock.

Easy to Read
Black text on a white background stands out for easy-to-read markings. Names of the days run along both sides, as do alternating In and Out boxes that clearly delineate time on the clock. Spaces for the employee's name and signature help keep things official.
Better Recordkeeping
Keep better records by standardizing time card punches alongside the employee's name at the top of the card. Reduce mistakes through the easy-to-read areas as you input time into your payroll system. The gross-to-net payroll area gives your workers a chance to see how much they expect to take home on payday.
Easy Time Verification
The name, pay period and signature lines above the main time card allow easy verification of time worked. A signature attests that the employee filled out the time card to the best of his ability and serves as part of an official record for the worker's file for easy retrieval at a later date.
