The tray positions your keyboard and mouse lower and closer to your body, allowing you to adopt and maintain a neutral working posture. A simple turn of the knob adjusts the tilt angle and the height, and re-tighten the knob to lock the position. Just pull or push the plate to adjust the position of the tray. This keyboard tray comes with a gel wrist rest pad to reduce strain and soreness while typing and using the mouse. Mouse platform comes with a mouse pad with wrist rest. Save space by stowing the mouse pad and tray when it is not in use. Swivel the keyboard left and right to suit your sitting position.
