It is not recommended for unfinished wood or oiled wood. The neutral pH formula is harmless to finishes and does not leave a sticky residue behind. Each gallon of concentrate makes up to 128 of cleaning solution.

- How to Use: Dilute product as needed, then mop the floor with a clean and lint free, damp mop; reapply as needed for deep soil or increase dilution ratio as needed for extreme cleaning. Can be applied using mop or automatic scrubber.
