Useful headphones
I learned something when I visited Staples to buy these headphones: computer headphones differ from non-computer headphones. These computer headphones have a USB connection which can plug into my computer. The biaural sound connection is good and the headphones fit comfortably. I have not used the microphone part of the headset yet so I cannot comment on it.

Poor quality
20 seconds after plugging them in the sound loses quality and a tinny static noise takes over when people talk and it gets so bad you cannot understand what they are saying. These are brand new so shouldnt be doing this.

Funny smell
The headphones have a great length however the earpiece has a strong smell. I had to cover the earpieces with tissue paper and they still smelled. I soaked the sponge piece in alcohol and the smell has somewhat faded. Again I am happy with the quality of sound and length of cord. it was the smell that through me.

Most Reliable Headset
I've been using this model headset for years, and it has never stopped working in the middle of a meeting, unlike other headsets I purchased. It's easy to change out the earpads if they get worn. Definitely recommend!
