They don’t work in a Dell 946 printer
I bought 3 of these and they will not work in a Dell 946 printer. Wasted money.

Works great so far
Glad your still making it. Sometimes the Older ones would quit working and it was still full. So far so good

I put in my printer and it didn't work at all . I got the correct cartridge and it didn't work

It did not work.
The color toner didn’t work at all. It gave an error message then printed hard-to-read just like before I replaced the toner. So later I bought a true Dell toner that works much better.

There is a need for your service, and I am pleased for it.
I am so grateful that you furnish this Dell Series 5 cartridge, as it is impossible to find elsewhere. I would not have the use of my printer without it. Being forced to buy a new printer because of proprietary rulings by Dell is just plain wrong.

There is a need for your service and I am pleased for it.

Incompatible ink cartridges
I matched the numbers for the ink cartridge when I was making my purchase and once I received then installed both color/black and white ink then tried to print and found out they were not compatible. I cannot find this ink in the stores which is why I have to go online to purchase them but now apparently I can't do that. Bummer.

Not satisfactory
The color inkjet cartridge is working but when the black ink cartridge was installed the printer message said incorrect cartridge. The black ink was a complete waste of money.
