These ink cartridges work exactly the same as HP plus they are less expensive. The packaging is more compact and with the zip lock bag, much easier to store and reuse. Thanks Staples

Don't work.
My HP Officejet Pro 8620 accepts this cartridge at first and before half a page prints, tells me that it is damaged. I've tried this on more than cartridge with the same results. I believe this is HP's way of making us buy their original cartridges. Will have to return what I bought.

Do not buy
I purchased these cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer and the printer gave me an error message telling me the cartridges were damaged. Staples was great about returning the products, but don't waste your time with these, just purchase the actual HP brand.

Cartridges dont work
This cartridge does not work in HP Officejet Pro 8610. Tried all three colors and all three give a error code of " Cartridge appear to be damaged replace with new cartridges".
Since the description says it should work and the model number is listed; I assumed that we had a bad one. Tried a second Staples compatible cartridge and received the same error.
