While it is a remanufactured cartridge, we have had no problems or issues with them and they appear to be a good replacement for the OEM product.

Did not work
I put the Tru Red cartridges in my HP printer and now it won't work says print head failure. Now I have to buy another printer. Do not recommend.

I will not order this again. I only printed about 75 pages before said replace cartridge. I had to go buy a new HP cartridge and it works fine.

Colors tend to bleed over each other, Will have to go back to the HP brand.
