Low Noise Tape Dispenser - 3M Scotch
Tape dispensers as a whole can be rather noisy and seeing a low noise tape dispenser offered by 3M I was excited and hopeful. Unfortunately from my perspective it's just a noisy as our other tape dispensers if not noisier...granted it is a different type of noise. To make my purchase over again I would not spend the extra $$$ and instead simply stick with a regular 3...
