It's ok
I thought it would work differently. As easy as it seems it didn't work that way. No tape loading instructions were included. Once I go it figured out I decided to keep it.

This product works as advertised and I am a hppy customer. It makes taping moving boxes a breeze and came in very handy helping our relatives move this week. Thanks enjoy.
