Brother is the best.I
I read all of the rating statements. I believe the less than five stars raters are not users that rely on the printer for a living. I use mine every day. Poor quality
I purchased 2 tn 660 toner cartridges in the last two weeks. BOTH of them had SOLID ROCK LIKE TONER. Both make a clunking noise and both sound like they have gravel in them when i shake them.

Brother DR-630 Drum lasted six months
My brother printer has been chewing through drums. I just bought one six months ago and it now requests to be replaced. This is a more than $100 purchase and is totally unacceptable.

After several toners, it's time for the drum.
After multiple toner replacements and multiple thousands of pages printed, it was finally time for a replacement drum unit. I decided NOT to chance it on an "off-brand" drum unit and went ahead with the factory Brother unit. Easy to install, instructions were included, and I was off and printing. Be aware this does not include the actual toner if curious.

I returned a DR-730 that I had ordered online needing to replace it with the DR-630. The employee who waited on me was so very kind, friendly & helpful. She took my return & personally walked to locate the DR-630 so that I didn’t have to take extra steps. As an 80 year old woman with mobility issues that was greatly appreciated! Beats generic drum
I bought a two pack of generic printer drums from another supplier and had misfeed on every third or fourth sheet. I bought the brother printer drum at Staples for a more expensive purchase price, but the drum works as it should. Thanks Staples.

Easy to Install
We received the drum very quickly and it was very, very easy to replace. Not sure why it costs over $100, which is half what I paid for our printer, but it is a necessary part. I am glad it was so easy to install.

Didn't work
I spent quite a bit of time with the customer support to try so the things that are in the booklet and which I had already tried, then bought their drum kit and did it all again, and it still doesn't work. Even tried a new print cartridge! I now need to scrap the printer, the cartridge, and the drum kit. Won't be buying another one of these I can tell you.
