Brother is the best.I
I read all of the rating statements. I believe the less than five stars raters are not users that rely on the printer for a living. I use mine every day. Poor quality
I purchased 2 tn 660 toner cartridges in the last two weeks. BOTH of them had SOLID ROCK LIKE TONER. Both make a clunking noise and both sound like they have gravel in them when i shake them.

No issues with a genuine Brother toner
I admit it. I've tried "off-brand" toners and although they seem to work fine initially I've always had issues mostly with streaking and lines on prints eventually. When I go ahead and buy a genuine Brother toner, the issues never reappear. For me, it's worth the slight price increase.
