It's the right size for a reading light that I clamp onto the bookshelf next to my bed. It's bigger than I thought it would be from the photo, which is a nice thing. The only thing I wish was different is that the light didn't look as cold and bright. That's probably best for workshop type situation, not so much in your bedroom if you want the space to feel cozy. Good for dark room's desk
Just what was needed. Clips on so takes up no space on desk top, and you can point it any direction. Very bright led light.
