Great Service
Ordered online and box was delivered earlier then expected. Everything I needed/ wanted to recycle fit perfectly in the size box I chose. Dropped it off @ a local ups drop off location. Now just waiting for my certificate of recycling.
This is a great product and easy program to do. I will using it again in the future for sure.

Disappointing
Product description was vague. A list of what you could and could not recycle was included with box shipment. This should have been available upon ordering.

Missing pick-up UPS Shipping label from the ERI Kit.
Pretty simple process, just follow the instructions in the ERI-Recycling Kit that comes with the box. The pick-up UPS Shipping label was missing, just called ERI and they emailed it to me.
