Epson Maintenance Tank Eats up a Lot of Ink and Expects to be changed when empty
Epson Work Force 7720 has to have a new maintenance tank far too often. It sometimes fails to recognise the Epson Inks and when you don't change the ink it then assumes the maintenance tank is full and demands a new empty one. Had to return 2 cartridges ,3rd one worked
I've used the 254XL black previously and it worked flawlessly. When I replaced it recently, the printer would not print the black color. I cleaned the nozzles and print head a few times but no good. I had an extra cartridge on hand so I put that one in. Same exact problem. I ordered a new cartridge and put the old (almost empty) one back in and was able to use the print...

Ink is Fine, Printer Sucks!
This printer is not very user friendly.
1) The top feeder constantly catches two or three pages having to refeed or by hand
2) Uses toooooo much color even on the light settings and the cartridges do not last
3) Over all PITA to use!

Use instead of 252XL
I just installed this ink cartridge. It has 2x the ink in the 252XL so I won’t have to replace it as oft as the 252XL.
