Generally I am very pleased with Staples
I find Staples to be well supplied with the things I need such as ink cartridges, printer paper and pens. I do wish the colored ink cartridges were available in XL sizes as standalone packages rather than in multi color packaging. Some colors are used up faster than others. Thankfully, black XL is available standalone.

not delivered correctly and was soaking wet
when i got home from my shop the ink was not found right away and sat out side over night due to the front door never being used. not ounce has anyhing been left out front we have a black box at end of driveway and also one at my shop. its a darn business for sake.
